Analyze the meeting notes below and extract all mentioned goals, pain points, commitments, stakeholders, and any dates or timeframes discussed:
$meeting_notesDefine 2–4 clear business objectives from the extracted information. Each objective should be outcome-focused, measurable, and tied directly to a pain point or goal the customer expressed.
Break each objective into 2–3 concrete milestones. For each milestone, assign a realistic target date based on any timeframes mentioned in the notes, or infer a reasonable timeline if none were given.
Assign an owner to each milestone — either the customer-side stakeholder or the vendor/team responsible. Use names or roles extracted from the notes. Flag any milestones where ownership is unclear as 'TBD — confirm with customer'.
Draft a brief executive summary (3–5 sentences) that captures the customer's situation, the agreed-upon goals, and the spirit of the partnership. This will appear at the top of the success plan document.
Assemble the full mutual success plan document with all components: executive summary, objectives, milestones table (milestone, owner, target date, status), and a next-steps section listing the top 3 immediate actions each party should take.
Produce a structured document with four clearly labeled sections: (1) Executive Summary, (2) Objectives — a numbered list of outcome-focused goals, (3) Milestone Plan — a table with columns for Milestone, Owner, Target Date, and Status (default 'Not Started'), and (4) Next Steps — a short list of 3 immediate actions per party. Use professional, customer-facing language throughout.
